Tungsten Carbide Buttons for Conicals Cutting Tools and Cursher Teeth Applied in Mining and Other Domain of Industries
Features:
This type of button, usually called be Narrow Bottom (NB) buttons, are mainly used in mining, excavating, trenching, tunnelling, and mulching application. It has been made of coarse grain size of raw material-mixture of tungsten and cobalt powders. The average grain size is between 6.0 to 8.0 um, with hardness ranging from 85.3 to 86.8 HRA.
It has good compressive strength, thermal resistant, and anti-corrosion properties. It is suited to roadway and tunnels excavation in hard rock layers with high impact performance and thermal fatigue resistance. The main physical properties are as follows:
