H30C3875 Tungsten Carbide Button Bits With Hardfacing Protection Applied For Hard Rock Formation Or Superhard Formations
Product Description:
The HC30C3875 series is our super high wear resistance iconic product. All these Bits are produced by carbide buttons sintered with Stark Tungsten Powder and Alloy Steel cold extruded by automobile part processing technology. We use the main stream soldering technology to braze these two kinds of metals bound under temperature preciously controlled induction brazing product line.
Product Demonstration:
Conical Carbide Buttons prevent breakage from sudden impact under excavation conditions.
Standard body shape keep the effective penetration with high output in unit work shift.
Hardfacing protection layer provides the maximum impact protection on the crown/steel body, reducing bits changing and improving productivity.
Non-hardfacing products are available as well. Suited for soft to medium condition and best cost control.
Application:
All the bits of this series are suited for drilling, mining, tunnelling, trenching, etc in construction, surface and underground mining industries.
All drum cutter with standard block size is compatible. Trenchers, roadheaders, continuous miners, longwall miners, and highwall niners are the major equipment in line with the H30C3875 round shank bits.

Package & Shipping:
All the bits will be dipped into anti-rust oil and neatly packed into plastic boxes, then delivered on crates.
Colourized boxes make bits classification easily and shroten the sourcing time while teeth replacement on sites.
